General Description

This position will be responsible for aspects of servicing the MAVES client base that require functional and industry knowledge. Job functions include:

• Defining functional requirements

• Performing pre-implementation analysis and review,

(either remotely or on site)

• Providing training both on site and remotely

• Documenting key outcomes, status reports, project plans,

functional specifications and interactions with clients

• Becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on MAVES application software

Requirements for this position include experience with business analysis and familiarity with warehouse (WMS) or transportation management (TMS) applications. Previous experience with MAVES software although preferable is not mandatory.
