Maves to Attend the 2007 Global Cold Chain Alliance Assembly of Committees
The Global Cold Chain Alliance Assembly of Committees is the best opportunity of the year for members of Alliance Core Partners (IARW, WFLO, IRTA and IACSC) to discuss key issues and trends with colleagues. Every committee from the Core Partner organizations meets during the four-day event, whose theme this year is "Back to Basics".
A proud member of the IARW for over thirty years, Maves is pleased to be participating in these committee meetings. The decisions and recommendations that come from these Committees are tabled with the boards of directors of IARW, WFLO, IRTA, and IACSC and their impact has influence throughout the entire cold chain.
"I can't think of a more important activity for members to engage in this summer than the Assembly of Committees," says Alliance President & CEO Bill Hudson. "The expertise, experience, and leadership they bring to these meetings are critical for us to do our jobs representing them and developing the best programs and benefits to meet their needs."
"We're looking forward to contributing to the Technology Committee," says Walter Maves, CEO of Maves International Software. "With more than half our clients being in the cold chain it's also a great opportunity for us to share insights and gather opinions from the leading thinkers of this industry."
The Global Cold Chain Alliance Assembly of Committees takes place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC., from July 28 through July 31, 2007.
