Key Organizational Updates

To better serve you, we are pleased to announce new roles within our organization:

  • Shoeb Mohammed has been promoted to Manager, Accounts
  • Sindhu Badri has been promoted to Manager, Operations

With their extensive industry knowledge and dedication, we are confident they will continue to provide exceptional support to your teams, help optimize your operations, and and assist us from a management standpoint as we grow our business.

Their responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with you regularly to understand your business needs and ensure alignment.
  • Serving as contacts for account-related processes and escalations.
  • Assisting with significant challenges or inquiries beyond the scope of our Service Desk.

With over 26 years of incredible service, Amy continues to be a cornerstone of the MAVES family, known for her unwavering reliability, depth of knowledge, integrity and intelligence.

A Passion for Logic and Programming

What Amy loves most about her role at MAVES is the intellectual challenge of programming, especially when it involves solving complex logic problems. She thrives on digging into the technical details, and her colleagues know her as someone thorough, dedicated, and always willing to help.

Life Outside the Office

When she’s not conquering code, Amy enjoys a rich and active personal life. You’ll find her:

  • Jet-setting overseas to explore new cultures and foods
  • Getting lost in fantasy and mystery novels
